Growth Champions Award: How to Participate and Benefits
The Growth Champions award is recognized by La Repubblica Affari & Finanza and the German Institute ITQF to Italian companies that have stood out for the highest growth rate in the last three years.
Being part of this ranking is an important opportunity for companies: it demonstrates their entrepreneurial capacity and is a great chance to attract new business opportunities, new customers, and investors.
We are therefore proud to announce that Univiti has won this recognition, ranking among the top 500 selected companies.
But what does the Growth Champions award consist of, and what are the selection criteria?
What is the Growth Champions Award?
Now in its sixth edition, the award is organized by La Repubblica Affari e Finanza and the German Institute for Quality and Finance ITQF to reward companies in the Italian territory that have shown an average annual growth rate of over 11.3% in the last three years.
It is an important title that certifies a company's growth path and provides national visibility.
Indeed, winning guarantees publication in a special issue of La Repubblica Affari e Finanza and the acquisition of the official contest seal, which is a registered certification mark at the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy.
What Are the Growing Companies?
The reference parameters to decree the Growth Champions 2024 are the increase in turnover and the increase in employees during the period 2019-2022.
The requirements to compete for the award and prove to be a growing company are:
having had a turnover of at least 100,000 Euros in 2019 and at least 1.2 million Euros in 2022;
having a legal headquarters in Italy;
having primarily organic growth;
being autonomous companies (not subsidiaries or affiliates);
not being in any of the conditions mentioned in article 80 of the Legislative Decree 50/2016.
Companies had to submit their data to the ITQF selection committee, which calculated the Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR).
The result of these analyses is the ranking of 800 champions that can be viewed on the La Repubblica website.
